1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Pawan.Krd API, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not meet the age requirement or do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Pawan.Krd provides subscription-based access to AI models through a REST API intended exclusively for personal, individual use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Personal Use Only

Pawan.Krd is strictly a personal-use service. Your subscription and API keys may only be used by you, for your own individual, non-commercial purposes.

• ✕ Not allowedIntegrating the API into a product, SaaS platform, application, or any system used by third parties.
• ✕ Not allowedSharing your API key with others or allowing others to consume your subscription's credits or quota.

4. Age Requirement & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or access the service. By using Pawan.Krd, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal or violates any applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors in any form.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates terrorism, mass violence, or hate crimes.
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Automated scraping, bulk generation, or any use that places unreasonable load on the service.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on the cycle you select (monthly, yearly, etc.). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are final - we do not offer refunds. We will always show you the renewal date and amount before charging. See our Payment Policy for full details.

7. API Keys

API keys grant access to your subscription's resources. Keep them secret. We are not liable for unauthorized use resulting from a leaked key. You may revoke and regenerate keys at any time from your dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawan.Krd (PKRD, LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
