We also collect statistical usage data - such as number of requests, token counts, credit consumption, and billing history - to operate and improve the service. We do not log the contents of your API requests or AI responses unless you explicitly opt in via your account preferences.

We use your information to provide and maintain the service, process payments, send transactional emails (e.g. billing receipts, password resets), enforce our Terms of Service, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. API Request Data
By default, we only collect statistical metadata about your API usage: timestamps, model used, number of tokens, number of requests, and credits consumed. This data is used solely for billing, quota tracking, and abuse prevention. We do not log, store, or inspect the contents of your prompts or AI responses. If you enable RAG Memory or Knowledge Base features in your account preferences, the relevant content you provide is stored to power those features - this is always opt-in and can be cleared at any time from your preferences page.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (e.g. theme). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We may use third-party services for error tracking and infrastructure. These services are bound by their own privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Billing records may be retained as required by law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure - please use a strong, unique password and keep your API keys confidential.
